Ingredients
  1. Pork tenderloin
  2. Half pack bacon
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Garlic powder
  6. 3 red potatoes
  7. Half package of baby carrots
  8. Onion (optional)
  9. Extra virgin olive oil
  10. Aluminum foil
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees and line baking pan with aluminum foil
  2. Salt, pepper and garlic the tenderloin to taste
  3. Wrap in bacon
  4. Place in pan
  5. Cut up veggies and place in pan around tenderloin
  6. Salt, pepper and garlic the veggies to taste
  7. Drizzle with olive oil
  8. Cover with aluminum foil
  9. Place in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature of the tenderloin is 160 degrees
  10. Remove aluminum foil and place back in the oven on broil till light brown and the bacon reaches desired crispiness
