Bacon Wrapped Buffalo Duck Breasts
Bacon Wrapped Buffalo Duck Breasts for your summer Grilling
- 4 8 oz. duck breasts, halved and fat removed
- 4 slices pepper bacon
- ½ cup Buffalo marinade
- Place duck breasts in a zip top bag and cover with KC Masterpiece Buffalo marinade. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from the bag, pat dry and wrap each duck breast with one slice of pepper bacon.
- Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Place wrapped duck breasts on the grill and cook until bacon crisps and duck reaches medium rare, approximately 15 minutes.
