Very simple Cranberry Relish. Perfect.

  1. 1 cup cranberries, frozen
  2. ½ teaspoon orange zest
  3. ¾ cup apple cider
  4. Juice of one lemon
  5. Juice of one orange
  6. 2 tablespoons honey
  1. Combine cranberries, zest, juices, and cider in a saucepan and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, until the cranberries are plump and the liquid is reduced. Mash the berries with a spoon, and stir in the honey and salt.
