Ingredients
  1. Italian Bread
  2. Center cut bacon
  3. Turkey sausage
  4. American cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook up your sausage and bacon. I used an electric skillet at 350 degrees. When it’s nicely browned and crispy, set aside.
  2. Add some butter to the skillet and layer the bread, cheese, bacon and sausage.
  3. Toast your sandwich till it’s golden brown and the cheese has melted. I kept a lid on the skillet and turned the temperature down to about 300 degrees. You want to melt the cheese without burning the bread.
Notes
  1. For the ingredients I used Italian bread, but I’m thinking rye bread would be great too. The turkey sausage could be substituted for pork. You can use the cheese of your choice.
